Italiano: Si notano le due diagonali che individuano l'origine delle tre spirali. La poligonale aurea ha i lati che si riducono secondo il rapporto aureo.
Le altre due spirali sono una circoscritta e l'altra inscritta alla poligonale. Quella inscritta inizia dallo stesso punto (P) dal quale si fanno iniziare i quarti di circonferenza che approssimano la spirale aurea. Come evidenziato dai tratti rossi la spirale aurea se inizia in (P) sborda dalla poligonale, questo mostra che al contrario della versione approssimata non può iniziare o passare per (P). Il punto di tangenza corretto con la poligonale risulta quindi anticipato rispetto a (P), come anche per i lati seguenti.
English: Note the two diagonals that identify the origin of the three spirals. The golden polygonal has sides that decrease according to the golden ratio. The other two spirals are one circumscribed and the other inscribed in the polygonal. The inscription starts from the same point (P) from which the quarter circumferences which approximate the golden spiral are started. As highlighted by the red strokes, the golden spiral if it starts in (P) protrudes from the polygonal, this shows that, unlike the approximate version, it cannot start or pass through (P). The correct tangency point with the polygonal is therefore anticipated with respect to (P), as well as for the following sides. |
