Se realizó esta tarde en el Palacio San Martín de la Cancillería argentina la XXX Reunión del Comité Permanente de Seguridad Argentino- Chileno (COMPERSEG).

El encuentro fue presidido por el Secretario de Relaciones Exteriores de la Cancillería argentina, Emb. Gustavo Zlauvinen, junto a la Secretaria de Estrategia y Asuntos Militares del Ministerio de Defensa, Lic. Paola Di Chiaro. Por la República de Chile, participó la Subsecretaria de Relaciones Exteriores, Carolina Valdivia, junto al Subsecretario de Defensa del país trasandino, VA. Cristián de la Maza.

La agenda de trabajo incluyó aspectos bilaterales y multilaterales de la relación, proyectos conjuntos en materia de ciencia, tecnología y producción para la Defensa, la cooperación en materia de Ciberdefensa y operaciones de mantenimiento de la paz. Asimismo, se intercambiaron experiencias sobre la implementación de la Resolución 1325 (2000) de Mujeres, Paz y Seguridad, y se abordó la participación de ambos países en la Fuerza de Paz Combinada "Cruz del Sur".
