Deutsch: Rheinhessentor in Nieder-Olm, Rheinhessen, Deutschland. Sechs Betriebe der rheinhessischen Steinmetz- und Steinbildhauer-Innung haben die viereckigen Säulen des insgesamt 18 Tonnen schweren Tores mit ihren Arbeiten verziert. Man findet in den Motiven die fünfte, närrische Jahreszeit und die Wappen der Stadt und der Partnergemeinden, ebenso wie die Urkunde der Entstehung Rheinhessens im Rahmen des Wiener Kongress von 1816, das Gebiet der Region im Rheinknie mit den Städten Worms, Mainz, Bingen, Alzey und Nieder-Olm sowie die Größen der Literatur: Carl Zuckmayer, Anna Seghers und Wilhelm Holzamer. |
