PLECHTIGE AFKONDIGING VAN DE GRONDWETSWIJZIGING - DE ZITTING VAN DE HOGE RAAD DER NEDERLANDEN; Weekjournaal van Polygoon Hollands Nieuws van week 8 uit 1938.; Plechtige afkondiging van de grondwetswijziging inzake vijf onderwerpen (Staatsblad nrs. 101, 102, 103, 104 en 105, zie: kopie Algemeen Handelsblad) en de bekendmaking van deze wijzigingen in diverse plaatsen in Nederland. SHOTS: - de afkondiging van de grondwetswijziging in een open zitting, voorgezeten door de president van de Hoge Raad der Nederlanden, jhr. mr. R.H. Feith. De afkondiging van de wetswijzinging wordt gedaan door de waarnemend procureur-generaal mr. W.J. Berger, waarna de griffier mr. H.J. Kist de wijziging voorleest; - diverse stadsbeelden van Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Marken en Hemmen en de verkondiging van de grondwetswijziging in Amsterdam door secretaris S.J. van Lier en burgemeester W. de Vlugt, secretaris Smeding te Rotterdam, de burgemeester van Marken dhr. Verheul en de burgemeester van Hemmen (gemeente Valburg) dhr. den Hartog. Aantekening: Plaatsnaam in titellijst Polygoon: "Heumen" (i.p.v. "Hemmen"). Vanaf de beelden van Amsterdam, ontbreekt het geluid.
