Description
English: BBQ ribs with sauerkraut and pretzels € 7.20 during the pretzels week in Hallermühle , Lehen, Weidenberg . A Weidenberg special feature are the pretzels . The name comes from the fact that in the carnival season , Anis pretzel stand during pretzels weeks, on every table, or be served . During these weeks, the various hostelries have weekly succession pretzels. Linked to this are special dishes like Krenfleisch and different roasts. It operates an elaborate kitchen than usual. Many people of Weidenberg go every week to another tavern 'to the Brezen', characterized the restaurants are full and you have to get there early to grab a place .
Deutsch: Grillrippchen mit Sauerkraut und Brezen 7,20 € während der Brezenwoche in der Hallermühle, Lehen, Weidenberg. Eine Weidenberger Besonderheit sind die Brezen. Der Name kommt daher, dass während der Brezenwochen, in der Faschingszeit, Anisbrezen auf jeden Tisch stehen, bzw. gereicht werden. In diesen Wochen haben die verschiedenen Wirtshäuser wochenweise nacheinander Brezen. Damit verbunden sind besondere Gerichte, wie Krenfleisch und verschiedene Braten. Es wird eine aufwändigere Küche als sonst betrieben. Viele Weidenberger gehen jede Woche in ein anderes Wirtshaus ´auf die Brezen´, dadurch sind die Gaststätten gut gefüllt und man muss rechtzeitig kommen um einen Platz zu ergattern.
