Description
English: The round shaped edible items are called "Rice Kulche",which are made of a dough containing Rice,Maida,curd,salt.Served hot after baking them into circular shapes,along with a considerable amount of butter.Usually served with "Chana Dal".The Chana Dal is made of "chickpea" or "gram".The gram is boiled with salt and cooked with oil,jeera,onion,tomato,corriander powder,and stirred with.Lastly garam masala and butter is added to the chana Dal.
