Rückseite: ANNO DNI M D XXIII. Umschrift zwischen zwei Linienkreisen, innerer Kreis vertieft. Im Feld vierfach geteilter Wappenschild, 1. und 4. Wappen Kreuz (Trier), 2. und 3. Lilienhaspel (Greiffenklau).

Kommentar: Vergoldet und ehemals gehenkelt. - Noss (1922) vermutet bei den beiden Medaillen (siehe auch Objektnummer 18219994) auf Richard von Greiffenklau zu Vollraths Modelle für geplante Münzprägungen, die dann allerdings unterblieben. Die Medaillen werden dem namenlosen Meister des Greiffenklau (Meister Jakob?) zugewiesen.
