Summary[edit]

Description
Latviešu: Rīgas Rātsnams. Pirmo reizi avotos minēts 1249. gadā. Laika gaitā ir ticis daudzkārt pārbūvēts (pēdējā pārbūve notikusi 1848. gadā). 1941. gadā Rīgas bombardēšanā Rātsnama ēka tika sagrauta un izdega. !954. gadā atlikušās sienas sagrāva un drupas novāca. 60. gados tajā vietā uzcēla Politehniskā institūta (tagad – Rīgas Tehniskās universitātes) laboratoriju korpusu. 90. gadu beigās RTU laboratoriju korpuss nojaukts un tā vietā pēc saglabātajiem rasējumiem veidota projekta uzcelta šobrīd redzamā Rātsnama ēka. Nams tika atklāts 2003. gada 4. novembrī.
