Description
Bahasa Indonesia: Rimpi Pisang terbuat dari bahan dasar pisang (biasanya pisang raja atau pisang kepok) yang dipotong menjadi irisan tipis-tipis. Irisan pisang kemudian direbus dalam gula merah cair dengan tambahan santan kelapa dan bumbu-bumbu seperti daun pandan. Proses ini membuat pisang menyerap rasa manis dan aroma santan serta gula merah.
English: Rimpi Pisang is made from bananas (usually plantains or kepok bananas) that are cut into thin slices. The banana slices are then boiled in liquid brown sugar with the addition of coconut milk and spices such as pandanus leaves. This process allows the banana to absorb the sweetness and aroma of the coconut milk and brown sugar.
