Description
English: A roasted maize hawker at Lukaya, along Kampala - Masaka highway in Uganda. This type of work is popular in Uganda along several long distance highways where mainly the youth sell roasted snacks like Maize, sweet plantain, roasted meet and much more on a daily basis. This form of fast foods to travelers is characterized by poor quality and exposed direct food and vendors always face closure for days or months in case of food related illnesses from the authorities.
