| Description |
English: Roasted corn is a popular healthy snack of Mysore or to say a popular Desi street food or popular healthy snack of India . Hot and Spicy roasted corn - salt and red chilli powder along with lemon juice rubbed on the whole corn cob using lemon slice. Ah ! Tasty.
Rainy days and roasted corn go hand in hand. Roasted corn is available on roadside of Mysore and on roadside of most of Indian towns and cities. Sweet corn has become more popular for its softness and sweetness. I took this photo this February 2021, I was happy to have bought and roasted 2 good sweet corns. I was trying to entertain myself with a story with photography concept, composition. Two Sweet corns are placed like swords on an old Newspaper with News about chaos of Novel Coronavirus pandemic visible, fight against the pandemic is still on. Lemon Halves are placed like shields. Salt and Red Chillies on small piece of paper placed in the centre to seem like a victorious tilak. well, I am sure this things are not obvious at a normal glance, needs some time to understand almost like the classic paintings of Renaissance, art is surely food for thought. |
