Description
한국어: 안양사지 막새류는 조사구역 전체에서 출토되었다. 확인되는 수막새는 드림부 지름 크기가 15~19cm인 것이 대다수이며, 전탑지와 답도지역, 서회랑지, 남회랑지에서는 크기 11cm인 소형 막새류가 확인되었다. 수막새 문양으로는 연화문이 주를 이루며, 보상화문, 귀면문, 일휘문, 번자문 등도 출토되엇다. 암막새는 대부분 잔존폭이 좁은(4cm) 드림부를 가진 막새이며, 일부 드림부가 길어지는 조선시대 암막새도 출토되었다. 암막새 문양으로는 연화당초문 또는 당초문이 주를 이루며 귀면문, 일휘문 등도 확인되었다. 출토된 막새류의 태토는 고운 점토이며 회청색 또는 회갈색, 회색의 색을 띄고 있다. 그 중 전탑지와 중문지 선대유구에서 확인되는 연화문 수막새는 적황색을 띄고 있다.
