日本語: 飛騨川バス転落事故以前の雨量規制は、国道41号では「連続雨量80mmで通行止」という基準が定められていたが、道路管理者が強制力を持って通行止にするためのものではなく、あくまでも目安だった。実際には道路上で通行不能な障害が発生してから通行止にすることが慣例化していた。事故後は、従来の方針を改め、実施の道路障害が起きていなくても気象情報から判断して予備規制（通行止）措置を取るようになった。現在では国道41号の飛水峡区間においては連続雨量150mm、換算連続雨量100mmを超えた場合に通行止としている。 |
