Description
Русский: В 2020 году состоится общероссийское голосование по поправкам к Конституции Российской Федерации.

В январе 2020 года Президент России Владимир Путин предложил изменить Конституцию России и внёс в Государственную Думу соответствующий законопроект. Изменения затрагивают главы о федеративном устройстве страны, президенте, Федеральном собрании, правительстве, судебной власти и прокуратуре, местном самоуправлении. Эти главы могут быть изменены посредством принятия федерального конституционного закона.

По предложению Президента поправки также будут вынесены на всероссийское голосование. По результатам волеизъявления граждан Президент примет окончательное решение о подписании поправок в основной закон.

В отличие от референдума, при общероссийском голосовании достаточно получить простое большинство голосов при любой явке. Голосование планируется сделать пакетным, сразу за несколько поправок.

14 февраля 2020 года Владимир Путин подписал Распоряжение Президента Российской Федерации от 14.02.2020 № 32-рп «Об организации подготовки проведения общероссийского голосования по вопросу одобрения изменений в Конституцию Российской Федерации». Это распоряжение предоставило ЦИК полномочия по организации голосования.
