Summary[edit]

Description The Russian Institute of Orthodox Theology in Paris' 19th arrondissement (Saint Serge). The institute was established in 1925. The church itself is normally closed to outsiders but is occasionally opened to the public. The Russians are not very happy allowing outsiders in to the church. It helped that I greeted the priest in Russian! It's a beautiful church inside and is filled with exquisite icons and goldwork. Taking photos inside is not very nice so I didn't.
