Description
Deutsch: Bordfunker Edmund Lücks SM.82 der "Savoia-Staffel" war am 15. Juli 1942 am Startplatz in Lecce in Brand geraten. Das schwere 3-motorige Transportflugzeug aus italienischer Produktion, hier im Einsatz bei der dt. Luftwaffe war mit Benzinfässern beladen, und brannte vollständig aus (lt. Augenzeuge Olt. Helmut Schwarz, ehem. Staffelkapitän der Savoia-Staffel, 2012).

Das Kennzeichen der SM.82 war 1Z + xD (1Z = KG.z.b.V. 1, ab Mai 1943: TG 1; x = Flugzeug(individual)kennbuchstabe in der Staffel ist unbekannt; D = Stabsschwarm der III. Gruppe des KG.z.b.V. 1 (TG 1). KG.z.b.V. = Kampfgeschwader zur besonderen Verwendung, TG = Transportgeschwader).
