Description
English: This chip came from a small toy helicopter whose internal LiPo battery swelled up and got nice and spicy, so I decided it would be interesting to see what was inside it's chips.

Unfortunately I cannot find any documentation for this chip. The only other record of it's existence is a single photo of the SH86P11 and SONiX markings which I found on this website: www.golon.net/jingyuan?keywords= here's the photo I'm talking about: www.golon.net/Public/Uploads/Jy/image_1/2017-03-10/58c220...

I've determined that these two are very likely the same chip since all of the features in that photo match with those on mine.

From what I can gather on their website, most SONiX chips have a serial number / product number starting with "SN", so this one starting with "SH" is pretty strange.

The package for this chip had no markings on the top side and the bottom ones were useless, so I was only able to identify it thanks to the on-die markings. The mainboad this chip came from has the identifier "WL929" which when searched brings up various remote control quadcopters, boats and submarines. So these probably use the same chips.

Since this is from a helicopter, it probably has a 3-axis accelerometer / gyroscope in order to stabilize itself. Looking at the bottom right section you can see there is a large structure with many repeating squares inside of it and it appears to have 3 distinct sections. Based on this I'd say it could possibly be an accelerometer / gyroscope, but don't quote me on it.
