First Day Cover (FDC) of the Soviet Union; 1991; real used FDC as registered letter; FDC to the issue "Common Soviet-Austrian Space Flight" in commemoration of the visit of the Austrian cosmonaut Franz Viehböck in the space station MIR (staying there: 7 days + 22 hours + 12 min) (outgoing flight; mission Sojus TM-12 on ; return flight: mission Sojus TM-13 on ); FDC real used as registered letter from Moscow ZEK 3 to Grodno (contemporary Hrodna in Black Ruthenia (Belarus)) in 1991; FDC postmarked with special postmark to the flight and normal sender postmark of the "Moskva Poschtamt ZEK 3" date QS:P,+1991-00-00T00:00:00Z/8,P580,+1991-10-02T00:00:00Z/11,P582,+1992-00-00T00:00:00Z/9 (The former USSR was dissolved on the 21st of December, 1991 officially, but the first stamp issue of the core and succession state "Russia" was issued firstly on the 10th of January 1992. For a certain transition period (local differently) were the old stamps of the USSR postal valid furthermore.) |
