| Description | A bungalow built in 1920 sits on Riverside Drive in Covington in the Licking Riverside Historic District. Though not belonging to the period of significance for the neighborhood, the building still fits in well with its neighbors and is a charming little abode. As part of my coursework this semester, I am developing a plan for a Rowhouse to go on the site of this house, which apparently is planned to be replaced by a new rowhouse development whenever it is sold. |
