Summary[edit]
DescriptionSanford station.jpg |
English: 1916 PUC inspection photo showing Sanford, by this time known s "Topstone" station in the West Redding section of Redding, Connecticut. This structure was built in 1891-92 following a freight train crash that had demolished the original depot. This structure would also serve a neighboring cider mill. The structure was demolished in 1938 but the house in the background, as well as the grade crossing remain intact today. |
