Description
English: Finnish social democrat Santeri Nuorteva saying in interpellation discussion: "When people keep order themselves, there's no need for police forces". Caricature published originally in Finnish humour magazine Velikulta 19/1907.
Suomi: "Kun kansa itse pitää järjestyksestä, ei poliisia tarvita". Pilakuva poliisivoimien lisäystä kritisoineen välikysymyksen allekirjoittajiin kuuluneen sosialidemokraatti Santeri Nuortevan puheesta eduskunnassa. Julkaistu pilalehti Velikullan numerossa 19/1907.
