English: A very famous Saswatdham located in Dumkauli, Ward No. 2, Devchuli Municipality, Nawalpur District. The Chaudhary Group is on the right side near the industrial area on the way to Butwal from Narayangarh in Chitwan district via Mahendra Highway (East-West Highway). This eternal sanctuary was built by the Chaudhary Group. It took 14 years to build this eternal sanctuary in an area of 6 bigha. In other words, the construction work started in 2003, but only 5 years ago, that is, it was inaugurated in 2017 and opened to the public. This shrine is built in Khajuraho style. This eternal abode is truly a unique gift of art. Due to which the various temples here are very artistic and very attractive. The main temple in this Dham is the temple of Ekambareshwar Mahadev. Apart from this there is Hindu Museum, Buddha Astu Dhatu Chaitya, Nirvana i.e. Buddhist Museum, 108 Shiva Linga, Navagraha, Sri Budhanilkantha, Yajnashala and Open Theater, Gurukul, Dashvadar, Badrinath, Kedarnath, Muktinath. There are various temples including Pashupatinath. Also, Buddha's relics are shown on the day of Buddha Punirma. Due to the greenery, clean and tidy, flower gardens, this eternal abode looks very attractive. Till date, about 3.9 million domestic and foreign tourists and devotees have visited this eternal abode. Crowds flock here daily to observe this sanctuary. The Shaswat Dham complex also has various facilities for tourists. |
