Description
English: First page of Schippeitaro. The illustration of the amulet labeled "Shippeitarō Daimyōjin (竹篦太郎大明神)" is not a picture of an actual such amulet, but a mock-up or a composite: it appropriated the picture from an "Okuchishinjin" (actually pronunced Okuchi makami or Okuchi magami) amulet from Mt. Mitake, as explained in the preface (Cf. "Preface" in the source given below).[1]
