Description
English: Men tying off a barge to dock on the Duwamish River. It appears that what they are tying off to is another barge, though it may be in more-or-less permanent service as a floating dock. Seen from the 7th Ave S Shoreline Street End (Seattle Shoreline Street End 33) along the Duwamish in the South Park neighborhood of Seattle. This new public access point to the river opened in 2023.
