English: U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry receives a traditional necklace as he arrives at Henderson International Airport in the Solomon Islands on August 13, 2014. In the Solomon Islands, Secretary Kerry met with government officials, saluted local residents who assisted U.S. forces in World War II, and toured the famed battlefield on nearby "Bloody Ridge" during the Guadalcanal campaign.
