Exeter Town Hall 9 Front St Exeter, NH 03833

Concerned Veterans for America is pleased to announce that Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) will headline our first ‘Veterans and Military Town Hall’ event in Exeter, New Hampshire, on June 25. This inaugural policy forum—which is part of our ‘Defend & Reform Series’—will be held at the Exeter Town Hall and will highlight critical issues facing New Hampshire veterans, military families, and—by extension—all Americans.

The CVA ‘Veterans and Military Town Hall’ series will be held in New Hampshire and South Carolina over the summer and fall of this year. Each event will feature opening remarks from a leading policymaker, a conversation with CVA’s CEO Pete Hegseth, and Q&A with veteran members of the audience. These events are intended to help shape the national conversation on issues that matter most to veterans and military families.

Announcements of future events in New Hampshire and South Carolina, with other leading policymakers, will be made in the coming weeks.

CVA believes that veterans and military families deserve to hear—face-to-face—from America’s leading policy makers and stakeholders. This town hall series will ensure the right questions are being asked of the right people, by the right people, in the right places. The eyes of the nation are increasingly focused on both states involved in this series. New Hampshire is home to the historic Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, while South Carolina is home to both Army and Marine basic training bases—making both states uniquely suited as platforms to highlight these issues. Now is the time to ask the key questions, and propose the big solutions, that will ensure America’s greatest days still lie ahead. This CVA Town Hall series seeks to drive this discussion.

The ‘Veterans and Military Town Hall’ Series is a continuation of the Concerned Veterans for America ‘Defend and Reform’ Policy Series, an ongoing series of policy reform events that CVA has hosted in Washington, D.C. and across the country since 2012.
