Deutsch: Vorderseite: ALESANDER SEXSTO INTAIATOR EN MONETA. Kopf Alexanders des Großen (?) mit Diadem nach links.

Rückseite: ME FECIT 1417. Ein nackter Mann, links, entführt eine Frau. Rechts ein Drache.

Kommentar: Die Vorderseite wird im Allgemeinen als Bildnis Alexanders des Großen (Alexandros II. von Makedonien) und Spiel mit dem Vornamen des Medailleurs gedeutet. Die Rückseitendarstellung ist wohl von antiken Münzen aus Thasos mit der Darstellung der Entführung einer Nymphe durch einen Satyrn übernommen. Der hier beigefügte Drache läßt an eine Umsetzung des Themas von Perseus und Andromeda denken.
