Description
English: Statue of Sinbad, the hero of Gyula Krúdy’s short stories and novels in Óbuda. He has been impersonated by Zoltán Latinovits in the film „Szindbád” (1971). The life-size bronze statue sculpted by Péter Szanyi has been unveiled on October 21, 2013 in Óbuda next to the town-hall. (Budapest, District III, Fő Square)
Français : Statue de Sinbad, le héros des nouvelles et du roman-fleuve de Krúdy en Óbuda. Il a été incarné par Zoltan Latinovits dans le film "Szindbád" (1971). La statue de bronze de grandeur nature sculptée par M. Péter Szanyi a été inaugurée le 21 octobre 2013 just à côté de l’hôtel de ville d’Óbuda. (Place Szent Imre, Budapest, 3e arr.)
Magyar: Krúdy Gyula novellái és regényfolyama főhősének, Szindbádnak a szobra Óbudán. Az 1971-es „Szindbád” című filmben Latinovits Zoltán személyesítette meg. Szanyi Péter életnagyságú bronzszobrát 2013. október 21-én avatták fel az óbudai polgármesteri hivatal mellett. (Budapest III. ker., Fő tér)

According to the article 67 Paragraph (3) the author’s name has to be indicated on a view if this is intended to present a specific fine art, architectural, applied art or industrial design creation or engineering structure. The author’s name has likewise to be indicated if such creations are used for presentation in scientific and educational lectures as well as for school education purposes (Article 33, Paragraph (4)).
