Description
English: The centre is only a short distance away from Wat Phra Non Chakkrasi in Muang district. Master Boontha Chailerd, the Singburi Rotary Club member in collaboration with the abbot of Wat Phra Non Chakkrasi then, established the centre in 2000. This place serves as a sanctuary for domestic water buffaloes, and also loan buffaloes out to farmers for breeding stock so as to maintain their existence and to commemorate their courage to fight along with Bang Rachan villagers in several battles against Burmese troops during the Burmese second invasion. In the 21 rais area, is divided to many parts such as the farm equipment warehouse and the buffalo show courtyard. Visitor can also see the Thai traditional plays such as Ririkhaosarn (Rice release), Monsonpha (Mon hides clothes) and Thai-style antiphon.
