[edit]
Description
English: Sinhapal Baba's temple in the middle of the forest of Sinhapur i.e. Shuklaphant National Park in Mahendranagar Municipality of Kanchanpur District. This temple is in the open sky. There are four stone pillars, Ganesha's temple, Sun's temple in the southwest, Devi's temple in the west, Siddhababa's temple in the northeast, i.e. Vishnu's temple. These temples are said to have been earlier destroyed by elephants. In the past, festival worship and dance worship used to be held here. In the middle was the temple of Sinhapal and Ajaypal, symbols of Shiva. The stone pillars here are considered rare and very important. It is considered to be the oldest temple in the region. Since the temple is inside the forest, devotees rarely go here to worship.
