Deutsch: Dornwarzen an beiden Sohlen, alle von großer Schmerzhaftigkeit. Die Warzen unter dem linken Fuß existieren bereits seit über 35 Jahren, wurden von der 57-jährigen Patientin für Hühneraugen gehalten und entsprechend behandelt. Nach der korrekten Diagnose vor wenigen Jahren entstanden auch an der rechten Fußsohle zwei Dornwarzen. Die beiden mittig gelegenen Warzen rechts und links (unter dem 4. bzw. 3. Metatarsalköpfchen) besitzen in der Tiefe einen tastbaren Durchmesser von der Größe eines 2-Euro-Stücks und schmerzen mitunter auch aus der Ruhe heraus. Eine Stickstoffbehandlung wurde versucht, wurde aber nach einigen Sitzungen wegen Ergebnislosigkeit abgebrochen. Seit dem zusätzlichen Warzenbefall der rechten Fußsohle ist die Patientin erheblich gehbehindert und muß ihre Aktivitäten stark einschränken. |
