Description
Deutsch: Solingen, Evangelischer Friedhof Kasinostraße, Grabstätte der Familie Fritz Garpheide, eine Frau in der Blüte ihrer Jahre betrauert offensichtlich den Dahingeschiedenen, wobei sie das rechte Knie leicht kokett auf einem Block der gestuften Grabmalkonstruktion abgewinkelt hat. Mit fast geschlossenen Lidern blickt sie auf den mit dicht gesteckten Blüten übersäten Kranz, den sie wohl soeben auf dem oberen Abschluss des Grabsteins abgelegt hat. Den rechten Rand der Stirn in die Hand des auf dem Grabstein abgestützten rechten Arms geschmiegt wird die Trauer von einer Aura der Nachdenklichkeit, des Sinnierens über den Tod überlagert.
