Description
English: An ancestry map of the genetic makeup of South Asian populations, showing the average amount of West-Eurasian and East-Eurasian ancestry components.

As the AASI component is a simulation, the percentage may vary slightly between different models.

The used data set is freely available (G25). The models were run and tested with Vahaduo. The AASI model is based on a simulation: AASI_DMXX. This simulation was based on Irula, Paniya and Mala samples.

The model was tested and errornous results were minimized. The results overall correspond with Changmai et al. 2022 (Figure 3:https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-022-26799-3)
