Summary[edit]

Description
English: A model of Southern Vectis 300 (HW52 EPX), a Dennis Dart SLF/Plaxton Pointer MPD. The model is made by Creative Master Northcord, and was released in April 2005. The bus is modelled wearing its original oxford blue and stripes livery - it was delivered in this livery when new in 2002, as the first and only Mini Pointer Dart in the fleet, it was to be evaluated with a view to purchasing more. A batch of 14 new Mini Pointer Darts arrived in 2005, and 300 was then painted into the green livery that the new arrivals wore. A photo of the real bus in May 2009 can be seen at File:Southern Vectis 300 HW52 EPX 2.JPG, however by then it had been stripped down to base green livery. File:Southern Vectis 300 HW52 EPX worn paint.JPG shows some of the original blue paint. The bus has since been moved to Wilts & Dorset, and operates on the Salisbury Reds city network. It is modelled on route 1, which at the time ran from Bembridge to Cowes via Ryde and Newport.
