Rückseite: EL COMERCIO DE SANTA FE DE BOGOTA SEPTIEMBRE 11. Umschrift im Linenienkreis, im Feld Hügel mit von zwei Löwen gehaltenem Kreuz, am Boden Anker, Ballen, offener Geldbeutel, liegendes Fass, dahinter geflügeltes Rad, im Hintergrund ein abgetakeltes Schiff.

Kommentar: Diese Medaille, vielfach auch als Peso bezeichnet, ist dem König anlässlich seiner Proklamation am 11. September 1808 von der Kaufmannschaft gewidmet worden. Auf die Vertreter der Kaufleute weist auch die Darstellung auf der Rückseite hin. Santa Fé de Bogotá war die Hauptstadt des Staates Cundinamarca.
