Description The German Navy, Replenishment Tanker (Type 704) Spessart (A 1442) sails past the Statue of Liberty as part of a Parade of Ships during a port visit to New York City, during the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Exercise, Standing Naval Force Atlantic (SNFL). The SNFL is a squadron of eight to ten destroyers and frigates from different nations in the NATO organization.
