Description
English: St. Leonard's Catholic Church complex in Madison, Nebraska; seen from the east. The complex consists of three buildings: the church, at right and center; the rectory, in the left background; and a garage, not visible in this picture. The church was designed in Romanesque Revival style by architect Jacob M. Nachtigall, and built in 1913. The rectory was designed in Neoclassical Revival style, and built in 1911-12. The garage was built in 1912-13. The complex is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. A door in the back has been bricked in; the place where it was can be seen above the blue van in the picture.
