[edit]DescriptionSt Philip's Marsh from the west.JPG |
English: A view across St Philip's Marsh Traction Maintenance Depot from the Bath Road in Bristol. This depot was built in the 1970s as one of the depots for the then new InterCity 125 high speed trains. These are still in service more than 40 years later, Two examples can be seen, one in the stabling sidings on the left and one on the through line on the right. Beside this can be glimpsed a Class 158 diesel multiple unit in Marsh Junction sidings. |
