Description The 'Dreamers of Dreams' mural has adorned the party wall of this historic mixed-use building in Cincinnati's Lower Price Hill neighborhood, since 2008, and is located at the intersection of State Avenue and Staebler Street. The Orange and tan building has Classical Revival detailing and a Second Empire form, and likely dates to the very end of the 19th Century. An adjoining building once shared the wall where the mural is now located, but was demolished due to neglect, and the site is now a small vacant lot occupied by a community garden. The mural shows the hidden beauty, undaunted spirit, and strong will of the people of Lower Price Hill, and is a symbol of the fact that they matter and their neighborhood is a place with a strong, tight-knit social fabric.
