Design Unknown authorUnknown author, probably "Claire Audrey Huston" (designer) and "Alvin Meissner" (engraver), both worked for the US-American "Bureau of Engraving and Printing" ("BEP") and created in the same year 1932 the definitive series of the USA which was printed at the BEP too. The style of the stamp picture indices to Mrs. Huston.
