The stamp was printed on smooth chalked paper of the sort "KP5D" or "KP6T" (other source) with PVA-gum (= "Gummi arabicum") on the backside. This stamp was only distributed in regional post offices of the Australian federal state "Victoria" in the second half of the year 1973.
