Gehende, 2015 Robinienholz Als komme Sie uns entgegen, so wirkt die lebensgroße Holzfigur der schreitenden Spaziergängerin mit ihrem Anorak in der Rechten. Aus einem kräftigen Stamm geschaffen, in ihrer Körperbewegung erfasst, an der Wirklichkeit orientiert, zugleich formal reduziert und farblich zurückhaltend, ist sie ein charakteristisches Werk des in Köln lebenden Bildhauers. Seine Kunst ist lesbar, sie in ihrer unverwechselbaren Formesprache nahe am Leben. Die Identität seiner Figuren bleibt stets offen. So spiegeln sie das Menschbild an sich. |
