Description
English: After wrongly thinking it was about Atatürk I was corrected: it refers to Inönü, as implied by the text "This monument tells about president İsmet İnönü and the Erzincan earthquake. İnönü was visiting the city right after that earthquake accrued on December 27,1939 and killed 33.000 people." It has a text that in translation is something like

Lean your exhausted head on its breast you helpless woman, Tell him, the exterminated homeland and fallen comrades, There is the enernal love of your fellow nation, Boiling over and over...
