Deutsch: In TrackTimesheet werden Rückmeldungen in der Regel durch den Mitarbeiter durchgeführt, dem das Arbeitspaket zugeordnet ist. Sollte dieser Mitarbeiter keinen Zugang zum System haben oder anderweitig eingebunden sein, kann eine Stellvertreterregelung von Nutzen sein:
• Es kann eine Gruppe definiert werden, deren Mitglieder für alle Mitarbeiter stellvertretend zurückmelden können. • Auch jeder Projektleiter kann für die Ressourcen in seinen eigenen Projekten zurückmelden. Auch für den Genehmigungsprozess kann ein Stellvertreter für den Projektleiter definiert werden. Diese Vertreter können in TrackTimesheet Rückmeldungen aus den jeweiligen Projekten genehmigen oder ablehnen. |
