Deutsch: Der Titel steht einzeilig über dem Plan. Unten rechts ein Kasten mit einer Legende. Unter dem Plan links: "Entw. u. gez von Julius Straube", rechts: "Druck von C.L. Keller Berlin". Im Rahmen Längen- und Breitengrad (nach Ferro). Der Plan reicht östlich von Spandau bis westlich nach Weißensee, sowie südlich von Charlottenburg bis nördlich nach Schönfließ.
