Description
English: When it comes to retailing, Africans are the best strategists.

In the African hustle culture, it's called Barrow hawking. This entrepreneurs buy related product in a wholesale quantities and distribute it round villages and open markets.

With their strategies of making different types of noise, they drive sales by drawing your attention and advertising their market.

I just came across this one at orie market in Amasiri, a remote village in afikpo north LGA of Ebonyi state Nigeria
