Čeština: Autor fotografie Jiří Zelenka. Strouhanka z bílého pečiva (Czech Republic). Strouhanka je odvozena od slova strouhat. Tato patří do potravin. Používá se jako součást Vídeňského obalu, zahušťovadlo např. špenát, jablkový závin, nádivka atd.... Připravuje se z tvrdého bílého pečiva (slaného). Mnohdy jde o rohlíky b., housky b., bulky b. a bílé bagety. Takto dobře usušené pečivo se nastrouhá najemno na ručním struhadle, ručním mlýnku nebo elektrickém. Následně se přesaje. Ukládá do nádob nebo sáčku. v such a temnu. Pozor na škůdce mohou se dostat do neuzavřeného obalu a hodovat. A strouhanku znehodnotit. První republika. ČSSR. Czech Republic.
