English: This photograph was taken at the last working day of Narendra Paul (born: 1962), Bachelor of Visual Arts (BVA) in 1996 from Rabindra Bharati University, Calcutta. He served to the National Council of Science Museums (NCSM), Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India for the last 33 years (1989-2022). Paul joined as an Exhibition Assistant (Art) to the Central Research & Training Laboratory (CTRL) and retired as an senior Exhibition Officer (Art) from Birla Industrial & Technological Museum (BITM). His remarkable illustrative 360 degree painting works are: 1. The lifelike panorama of the epic battle of Kurukshetra at Kurukshetra, 2. Maharaja Ranjit Singh Panorama, where panoramic painting depicting six major battle expeditions of the Maharaja at Amritsar, and 3. Digital panorama on the last 6 million years of human evolution at Science City, in Kolkata. The farewell function was held at the BITM Kolkata, where the Director and other staffs and officers of the BITM were present. |
