| Description |
Deutsch: Anblick des südwestlichen Sternenhimmels für einen Beobachter, der sich am 9. Oktober 1604 um 19 Uhr MEZ an einem Ort bei 50° nördlicher Breite und 9° östlicher Länge befand. An diesem Tag wurde die Supernova 1604 erstmals beobachtet.
In unmittelbarer Nähe standen die Planeten Mars und Jupiter (durch entsprechende Symbole gekennzeichnet), welche am gleichen Tag in Konjunktion zueinanderstanden. Etwas westlich davon befand sich Saturn (ebenfalls durch ein entsprechendes Symbol markiert), an dem Mars am 27.9.1604 und Jupiter am 19.12.1603 vorbeizog. Mars hatte am 9. Oktober 1604 eine Helligkeit von 0,8 mag, Jupiter von -2,0 mag und Saturn von 0,6 mag. Die Supernova 1604 dürfte an jenem Tag etwa so hell wie Jupiter gewesen sein. Die Sternkarte enthält auch die Ekliptik und eine Höhenlinie für 10°. |
