| Description |
Svenska: Frimärke 50 öre 1872, från Postmuseums samlingar. Ensam återfinns valören på adressbrev (50 öre utgjorde minimiporto för sådana) eller på högt frankerade utlandsförsändelser. Avgiften för assurans var 50 öre mellan 1858 och 1883. Märket kombinerades då i allmänhet med 12 öre vapentyp eller, senare, ringtyp. Postkontorens lager av 50-öresmärken i vapentyp räckte länge. Den tidigaste kända avstämplingen av 50 öre ringtyp perf. 14 är den 29 juli 1872. Upplaga: 1 849 700, 50 öre. Märkena framställdes utan vattenmärke (endast i arkmarginalerna). Ogiltiga till frankering fr. o. m. den 30 december 1910. |
